Book Review for Murder at the Village Fair by @NellDixon @Bookouture

I have enjoyed several in this series, and this one is no different! Newlyweds Kitty and Matthew take to the countryside for a vacation, but as these two have a talent of doing they stumble upon a murder. Excited to attend a country fair and see an elephant in person for the first time, they also get to find the fortuneteller dead in her tent.

She’s a local woman and had built up her fair share of haters, but which one decided they needed to take her out? It’s a question that plagues Kitty and Matthew, even when they are supposed to be seeing the sights and visiting Matthew’s aunt. They end up taking on the case through their private investigation firm. While they are working for one of the suspects, to help prove their innocence, they get pulled into finding out who the actual culprit is. Their client does appear more guilty at every turn. Is it him or someone else? You’ll need to read the book to find out.

Murder at the Village Fair is a fun cozy romp in the countryside with colorful characters and good pacing.
